 Once the purchase is completed:

  • Materials are available for download
  • No physical items are shipped

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

All products are licensed for professional and commercial use within the purchasing organization. Users may:

  • Include visuals in presentations, reports, and corporate materials
  • Use templates for recurring workflows

Users may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the products
  • Claim authorship or present the materials as originally created by their team
  • Include our assets in competing template or graphics products

3. Custom Work

Custom visual design services are delivered according to a defined scope and timeline.
 Terms include:

  • Work begins after requirements are confirmed
  • Pricing ranges from 800–3000 USD depending on complexity
  • Revisions follow the agreed project plan
  • Final materials are delivered digitally

All custom deliveries also include a professional usage license.

4. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, including:

  • Attempting unauthorized access
  • Copying website structure or content without permission
  • Uploading harmful or malicious code

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove website content at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Synedra Visuals Limited is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect data usage or user-submitted errors
